My kids love to help Joan. She is our across the street neighbor. She loves it when they "help" too, but sometimes I think it's less help than more, if you know what I mean. This week, Joan has been out of town and we've been kitty-sitting for her as we often do. The kids noticed all the leaves dropping while she was gone and decided to rake them up as well. I blew them down the driveway for them three times (SO MANY LEAVES!) and they filled three huge barrels for her. They are such good little helpers! It's always so much more fun to do someone elses chores!
Heidi really got into the spirit of leaf jumping. She must have "swam" in the leaves like this for an hour!
