A week or so ago we had a court of honor. Ethan played the bugle, which was so fun, and then a plethora of awards were handed out. Ethan received his merit badges in leather work, astronomy, space exploration, horsemanship, environmental science, cooking, and canoeing. He now has ALL the non-required merit badges he needs for the rank of Eagle. There are a few more requireds he has to get, but he's well on his way! It was so fun to watch Gordon act as the scout master and present him with his awards. We are proud of our scouts!

We are NO WHERE near being done with anything in Scouts. Dallin's 11-year old leaders were nice but they didn't do anything. I will say, being in football didn't help but that is only 3 months of the year. UGH! I am seriously failing in this area and it is killing me. How do you do it?
